He adjusts training sessions based on how my body is doing, and he has a keen eye for correct form so I know that I won’t get injured. Demetri challenges me just enough to keep me motivated and progressing with my goals. Thanks to him, I am stronger, doing workouts that I never thought I would be doing, and am enjoying them. As a dancer, I am grateful that the training sessions with him allow me to still dance full out. I think everybody should have a personal trainer as qualified as Demetri.
